• Pest control treatments, particularly for insects and rodents, may require multiple visits. All work is priced and charged per visit.
• A minimum call-out fee of £60 applies to all visits, including site surveys.
• Payment is taken in full by card on the initial visit or site survey (and on each subsequent visit unless otherwise agreed).
• We are not VAT registered. All prices are exclusive of VAT and no VAT is charged.
• No guarantee is given against the reoccurrence of pest issues.
• Results depend on many factors including property conditions, the severity of the infestation, and the customer following preparation and post-treatment advice.
• Customers must provide safe access, prepare the property as instructed, and follow all safety and aftercare guidance. Failure to do so may reduce the effectiveness of treatment and affect any written guarantees that may apply.
• While we take reasonable care, we limit our liability to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where required by law.
